- The post-war funeral in the manga is specifically Neji's. The anime expands it into a service for everyone who fell in the war, and the camera also lands on Shikaku's and Inoichi's graves. (Manga: chapter 699)
- Sasuke shows up after the war in the manga just long enough for Kakashi to tell him he's been pardoned and won't be imprisoned. The anime first puts him behind bars in Konoha's jail and only later has Kakashi process the pardon and release him. (Manga: chapter 699)
